Start here if you’re putting together a session for your team. Use the gray sub-menu under “Team Practices” at the top to choose a session, 1 through 8. Follow the “Session” structure to choose one topic for each session. First, be sure to watch the “technical tips” video for the skill that is the topic for that session, then choose 2 games that teach that skill. Here’s how an outline of your 1 hour session should look:
- Small sided play. 5 minutes
- Game 1 on topic. 15 – 20 minutes
- Game 2 on topic. 15 – 20 minutes
- Small sided play. 15 – 20 minutes
On each game’s page and on the technical tips pages there are printable PDFs of the Game / Technical Guides. You can save those to your phone (or cloud) or print them out for reference on the field.
